Cancellations/Substitutions

All cancellations must be made by or submitted in writing to [email protected] by June 23, 2025.  A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed unless a substitution is designated.   

Photography and Recordings

Please be aware that by registering for this event, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, on Michigan Energy Providers Conference (MEPC) website/social media or the websites/social media of others in attendance, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release MEPC, its successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature.

WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY

I hereby release and waive my right to bring a claim or lawsuit against the MEPC planning team members and its officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives for any liability related to my attendance at the MEPC Conference. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claim based in negligence, including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
